Home Fresh Farms is a family-owned and operated hydroponic farm that believes in sharing our passion for fresh, year-round produce. Located in Fruita, Colorado, we serve the Mesa County region with delicious, fresh lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, kale, and more.

After several years of planning and building our greenhouse, we began selling at our local Farmers Market in June 2024. Through trials and tribulations, we have realized our dream and are ready to sell to our community on a year-round basis.
